Tender Committee

A tender is an offer or invitation to bid for a project or to accept a formal offer such as a takeover bid. The tender committee of a college scrutinizes the offers of the bidder and recommend for the award of contract. Utmost care is taken to examine all technical as well commercial aspects of the bidding, especially technical deviations quoted by the party.
